Server Improvements

The APC web server has just been upgraded and should now have much better speeds. Some links may be dead now that the files are in a new location, so be sure to notify us if you find any. Most of the image problems have been corrected. This is just one step toward our summer project of giving the site a whole new layout and more functionality! Check back often, as we will be updating as soon as we can!
